Cancelation Policy

Appointments canceled less than 48 hours will be charged accordingly:


Consultations & Pay What You Can-$20 cancelation fee

Get What You Get-80% of scheduled price

All Haircuts-80% of scheduled price

Color Appointments-50% of scheduled price


Appointments cancelled under 12 hours will be charged.

No exceptions. 


If you are late canceling due to illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to Eddie as soon as possible. Your appointment time will become available. If your appointment gets claimed, you will not owe a fee. If it does not, you will still be responsible for the cancelation fee.


**Snow or winter weather cancellations**

If the Portland bus system is running, the cancelation policy is in full effect. If appointments are cancelled due to weather for the day you will receive a text and/or email the morning of your appointment. 


Having more than 3 cancellations of any kind for any reason in 1 year period will cause a client to be unable to book for future appointments.  


Cancelations are the responsibility of the client. Failure to accurately cancel without proof of cancelation confirmation will result in a cancelation fee.


This cancelation policy is subject to change.


Late Policy

Below are the grace periods allotted for appointment times. 


Appointments <30 min: 5 min

Appointments >30: 10 min


If you will be arriving at the door of Eddie's hair suite later than the allotted grace period, your appointment will be considered a no-show cancelation and you will be charged accordingly. 


It is the clients responsibility to provide accurate contact information on their client profile so they receive correct information on gaining entry to the locations of Eddie's suite. 


Having more than 3 late cancellations of any kind for any reason in 1 year period will cause a client to be unable to book for future appointments.  


This Late Policy is subject to change.

Redo Policy

Refunds for completed services will not be issued. 


Clients are entitled to redos for simple adjustments. 

Examples of simple adjustments:

 -adjusting length of bangs

-adjusting section of layering that isn't at desired level

-adjusting the tone of a color by a shade


Redos will not be preformed for services previously discussed to need multiple sessions to complete.

Clients will be allotted up to two redo's per year, or within reason in relation to the frequency which they book. 

Redos may be booked by reaching out directly to Eddie via work cellphone or email.
