New Clients: What To Expect
All new clients will book a New Client service.
This is a personalized experience that will serve as a jumping off point to learn about how to achieve all your hair goals. Eddie will go over anything you may have questions about, including hair products, styling routines, and upkeep options that work for you. All new client services are booked with extra time to ensure we can get to anything you want to cover.
Come prepared with any questions you may have, photo inspiration of what you like, and a readiness for education on styling, products, and home care. It may be a good idea to bring a notepad or anything to help you keep track of all the information you will be going home with.
All New Clients wanting a color service must first come in for a consultation. This can be booked with a haircut or as a stand alone consultation. Read more on the Service menu.

Please view our Service Menu for detailed session descriptions. All new clients will need to select a New Client service. Returning clients with any questions about booking may text or email Eddie.
All new clients looking to receive a color service will first come in for a New Client Service, during which you will have the option to have a color consultation and begin your color journey with Eddie.
To be respectful of our shared salon space, please limit yourself to one guest. It is likely your guest will be most comfortable in the lobby for a majority of the appointment.
Masked appointments are a bookable option as well as available upon request. Eddie is in a shared salon space with other stylists and clients who may not be masked. If you require a salon appointment where there are no unmasked people in the salon, please reach out to Eddie to arrange this. If you have any specific requests, you can reach out directly to Eddie, and they will do their best to accommodate your needs!
Eddie prefers Cash, and also accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay International. All card payments will be charges a 2% processing fee. Because Eddie is gratuity free, exact change is appreciated when possible.
